Teri Johnson-Kelley

Teri Johnson-Kelley is a native Arizonian and retired U.S. Navy Nurse.  She obtained her Baccalaureate degree in Zoology from Arizona State University and her Masters of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix.  She is Certified in Emergency Nursing (CEN) and a Board-Certified Nurse Executive 

(NE-BC).  She has been an employee of Banner Health for over 20 years.  She is currently the Director for the Medical-Surgical Service Line, for Banner Boswell Medical Center, Sun City, AZ. 

Teri’s father taught her to always be involved in the community.  This led her to experiences presenting at the local, state, and national levels for many nursing and healthcare topics.  She was an instructor for the Emergency Nurses Association and taught CPR and First Aid for the American Red Cross.  Her current passion is working with a not for profit organization that provides clothing and other support to the homeless of Phoenix. 

She is an experienced horsewoman, having had the pleasure of participating in endurance racing, trail riding, camping with horses, showing locally, regionally, and nationally.  She is active with Babson Arabian Preservation Owners and Breeders group.  She is owned by four horses, chickens, a goat, 4 cats, 2 dogs, 2 wonderful boys, and an extremely supportive husband.  She loves to garden, is a football and FFA mom.
