Equine Assisted Learning
Building skills through the wisdom of horses
At Silver Lining Riding, Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) is designed to help individuals and groups grow in life skills, confidence, and teamwork through purposeful interactions with horses. Unlike adaptive riding, which focuses on horsemanship and riding skills, EAL emphasizes personal development, communication, and connection, all from the ground, no riding required.
Teamwork
Horses are natural herd animals that thrive in groups, making them powerful partners for learning collaboration. EAL activities challenge participants to work together, solve problems, and build trust.
Life Skills
From leadership and responsibility to patience and confidence, EAL provides hands-on experiences that translate directly into everyday life.
Perfect for schools, businesses, or community groups, our EAL sessions foster unity, problem-solving, and creative thinking in a unique and unforgettable environment.
Connection
Horses mirror our emotions and behaviors, offering immediate, honest feedback. This helps participants build self-awareness, improve communication, and strengthen personal connections.
